1.- Which Payment options do you Offer for packages, tours, excursions?
You could pay directly at our website with your credit card. Another option would be for us to send you a link for paying with Pay Pal.
Also, if you are paying for a day excursion, you could pay cash to our guide once you have been picked from your hotel.
2.- How do I receive confirmation for the location and time of my pickup?
If you are staying in one of the hotels where we pick up guests from, they will inform you the night before of you excursion with all these details.
If you are staying somewhere else, you need to be in one of our pickup locations.

3.- I booked a transfer out from my hotel to the airport, at what time should I expect you to pick me up?
Please remember that in Quito, the airport is located 1 hour and 30 minutes from Quito. If you are taking an international flight, expect us to pick you up 4 hours and 30 minutes before your flight. If it is a domestic flight, we will pick you up 3 hours and 30 minutes before your flight.
In Guayquil, Cuenca and Galápagos, the pickup time depends on the amount of passengers and flights available. If you have further questions please call us at

4.-Do I have additional expenses in Galapagos not covered by my package?
Yes, you must pay $10 for the Transit Control Card and $100 entrance to the Galapagos National Park.
If you belong to a country from Mercosur or Comunidad Andina, your entrance fee to the Galapagos National Park is $50.
If you are Ecuadorean, your entrance fee to the Galapagos National Park is $6
5.- Should I take the excursion to the Cotopaxi National Park because of the altitude?
Depends if you have any particular condition. Quito is at 2800 meters above sea level. At the Cotopaxi National park the maximum altitude you might encounter if you decide to reach the first refuge parking lot is 4100 meters above sea level.
